Her Story
I didn't plan for this path.
I'm grateful it led me here.
I grew up in Los Angeles, moving between Koreatown, East L.A., and El Monte while balancing school and work. When I moved to Arizona, life slowed down in a way that changed me. I had space to breathe, reflect, and start building something more intentional.
I started my first practice, Touch of Zen, with a lot of heart and not enough boundaries. I said yes too often, burned out hard, and had to close that chapter. It was painful, but it taught me how to build a business with more care, more clarity, and more purpose.
Then in 2020, my mom was diagnosed with both pancreatic and breast cancer. That season changed everything. It made me slow down even more, listen more closely, and understand how much healing depends on safety, presence, and trust.
Lotus Holistic Wellness grew out of that experience. The lotus flower grows through difficult conditions, and that idea felt deeply personal to me. My mom is now three years cancer-free, and the work I do today is shaped by everything we went through together.

Credentials & Approach
What I'm certified in — and
why it matters for you
Beyond my Arizona massage license, I have pursued training that helps me work more safely, more thoughtfully, and more effectively with people who need more than a one-size-fits-all session.
01
Arizona Licensed Massage Therapist
License #MT-24957. Licensed by the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy with a therapeutic practice rooted in safe, personalized care.
02
Oncology Massage Training
I have advanced training to work more thoughtfully with clients in treatment, recovery, or ongoing support, where both physical and emotional considerations matter.
03
Geriatric Massage Training
I am trained to work safely and effectively with older adults, including changing mobility, comfort, and pressure needs that require a more tailored approach.
04
Clinical & Herbal Background
My experience alongside Spooner Physical Therapy shaped a more therapeutic approach, and my herbal background supports stress relief and overall wellness when appropriate.
How I Work
Every session starts with
me actually listening.
No two sessions are the same because no two people are the same. Before I begin, I want to understand what is going on, what has already been tried, and what your body needs most that day.
From there, I adapt the work in real time. I draw from therapeutic massage, movement-based thinking, and my broader wellness training to create a session that is specific to you instead of generic.
I also offer mobile massage on Mondays and Fridays. If getting to the studio is what is standing between you and feeling better, I can bring the same level of care to your home, hotel, or event.
