These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Services Offered
Lotus Holistic Wellness provides licensed therapeutic massage therapy services at our Mesa, AZ studio and as mobile in-home sessions throughout the East Valley. Services include but are not limited to:
- Swedish Massage
- Pain Relief Massage
- Prenatal Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Cupping Therapy
- Red Light Therapy
- Corporate Massage (on-site events)
All services are performed by licensed massage therapists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
Booking & Appointments
Scheduling: Appointments can be requested via our online contact form, by phone, or by email. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete information when booking, including any relevant health conditions, medications, or contraindications that may affect your treatment.
Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full appointment price.
Right to Decline Service: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if a client's condition presents a contraindication to massage therapy, if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if the therapist feels unsafe for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We ask for the following notice to keep our schedule running smoothly:
24-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. You can cancel by phone at (602) 845-9447 or by email.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments without contact may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
Mobile Sessions: Due to the additional preparation required for in-home sessions, we ask for 48-hour notice for mobile appointment cancellations.
We appreciate your respect for the time of our therapists.
Payment
Rates: Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not required but always appreciated. It is at your sole discretion.
Corporate & Event Bookings: Corporate massage events may require a deposit and signed agreement prior to the event date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your event contract.
Health Disclaimer
Massage therapy is a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
- You have disclosed any known health conditions, injuries, medications, or recent surgeries that may affect your treatment.
- You understand that massage therapy may not be appropriate for all conditions.
- You take full responsibility for consulting with your physician or healthcare provider regarding the suitability of massage therapy for your specific health needs.
- Lotus Holistic Wellness is not liable for any adverse reactions that result from undisclosed health conditions.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under a doctor's care, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
Client Conduct
All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our therapists and staff. Inappropriate conduct of any kind — including sexual harassment, threatening behavior, or disrespectful communication — will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due.
Clients who engage in inappropriate behavior will be permanently banned from future bookings.
Our therapists have the right to refuse or stop a session at any point if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. This policy exists to protect the well-being and dignity of our team.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:
